Ozark Property



The Ozark location is approximately 8,000 sq. ft.  of living space. The average and smallest bedroom is 12x16 with attached bathrooms. There are two common kitchens, one being more of a commercial kitchen, two laundry rooms, large entertainment room, exercise room and more.
There will be enough living quarters for 16-20 adults and numerous children..
The property sits on over 10 acres and is fenced for livestock with additional out building for very large chicken coop and covered area for livestock or horses.
The property also has a very large garden spot and several acres that can also be planted. There are also several fruit and nut trees such as peaches, pecans and walnuts.
There is also a stocked pound on the property not to mention an enormous lake with thousands of miles of shoreline and the best fishing nearby.
There is also water storage for over 30,000 gallons and a 20x40 in ground pool.
The property has two wells and city water. There is city electric and the property will be able to completely run off of alternative power sources.
The property is in a secluded location with limited number of roads leading to area.
There are places to land a sea plane or a small plane on a grass lading within walking distance to property. There is also a paved runway 5000 feet long 75 feet wide and can handle 17,000 pound plane.
The property will be completely self-sufficient. All utilities, food and other needs will be right on the property.  There is plenty of wildlife around. About ten deer visit the property daily along with turkey.

Each property will require a caretaker/business manager to run the business a keep the property in constant working order.
The property is about an 8 hour drive or less from several major cities, including Chicago, Dallas, Indianapolis, and less than 4 hours from St. Louis, Kansas City, Tulsa, Memphis, Little Rock etc.
